Carronade pendant light in black with a wooden detail It’s easy to see and even the name of the light reveals that the designer Markus Johansson was inspired by ship cannons when creating the Carronade light series. The result was the Carronade hanging light, which is made of matt black painted steel, brass and solid American walnut wood. It is perfect for installation as an individual work light or in a group or a row as table or counter lighting. You can adjust the angle of the lampshade as you wish in the frame, which is made of American walnut wood. The furniture and product designer Markus Johansson won several awards, including for his nest chair, which was exhibited at the Museum of Art and Design in New York. Carronade is a modern, new lighting creation by the Danish designer lighting manufacturer Le Klint, which has been designed to perfection in the Nordic style. In addition to newer lighting creations, such as the Carronade series of lights with steel lampshades, the company, which was founded in 1943, has made a name for itself with its hand-pleated lampshades, which are still part of the product portfolio today and still enjoy great popularity.
