LE KLINT Swirl 1 – hanging light, copper-coloured

Handmade Swirl 1 designer hanging light in a trendy copper colour The plastic elements of the hanging light’s lampshade are arranged in a swirl-like pattern, hence its name. The inside surface is white, whilst the outside surfaces have a trendy copper-coloured finish. The light that escapes through the slats of the lampshade also makes the glossy copper surface shimmer. In addition, the lamella-like arrangement of the lampshade elements causes the light that escapes into the room to produce special lighting effects. The designer lights manufactured by the company are all handmade, which means that every light is unique. The first store opened in Copenhagen more than 70 years ago, and the Danish manufacturer’s salesrooms are still at the same address today. The designers and founders of the company come from a well-known family of architects, which made its first hand-pleated lampshades as far back as the early 19th century. Today, pleated lampshades are still the hallmark of these Danish designer lights, which are still manufactured by hand in Odense, on the island of Funen. Energy efficiency class:A++
