LE KLINT Swirl – designer table lamp, white

Swirl designer table lamp with a twisted lampshade in white The Swirl designer table lamp, created by Danish industrial designer Øivind Slaatto, comes from the company Le Klint. The designer obtained his inspiration for the design of the Swirl table lamp from nature, basic mathematical principles, and his fascination for fractals in particular. The result of this combination is the Swirl table lamp. As the name suggests, you will inevitably be reminded of a whirlpool or a snail’s shell when you look at the lampshade. The lampshade has an airy and lightweight appearance thanks to its individual plastic elements in a twisted arrangement. The light shines outwards through the gaps, accentuating the lampshade and creating a unique lighting mood in the room. Since the company was founded in 1943, Le Klint has been manufacturing designer lights, with its main focus on the production of lampshades with a special pleating technique. To this day, the lampshades are still pleated by hand in Odense on the island of Funen. In collaboration with many well-known lighting designers, Le Klint produces high-quality lighting creations that embody Le Klint’s unique style and radiate perfection and aesthetics.
