Seven tulip-shaped lampshades tied to the The Bouquet hanging light Designer Sinja Svarrer Damkjær was inspired by florists she saw at a weekly market on a research trip to Italy, who arranged tulips into loose bouquets. The designer was influenced by the naturalness and the curved shape of the flowers when she designed the The Bouquet series of lights. The hanging light’s lampshades exhibit the traditional cross-pleat design from the lighting manufacturer LE KLINT for which this series of lights was designed. Sinja Svarrer Damkjær has reinterpreted the traditional pleat and added a small oak detail to the lampshade. The suspension system of the white tulip-shaped lampshades looks like a rustic design element as the power cables are covered by natural linen and intertwined in such a way that the hanging light resembles a suspended bouquet. The layout and orientation of the individual lampshades allows a flexible arrangement to suits your own living space. LE KLINT was founded in 1943 and is based in Denmark. It is a lighting manufacturer with a global reputation for its hand-pleated lampshades created by founder P. V. Jensen-Klint, which were based on Chinese lanterns. The collaboration between Sinja Svarrer Damkjær and LE KLINT is a new milestone in the cooperation that is based on the fundamental values of tradition and craftsmanship. Energy efficiency class:A++
