next Drop_2 XS 5 – five-bulb LED hanging light

The model comes from the Liquid_Light series of lights and, like the name Drop, the name of the series reveals a lot about the design of the lights. The lampshades are made of polyethylene and designed in the shape of teardrops. This closed type of lampshade ensures that the light is distributed diffusely and glare-free into the surrounding area. Drop_2 XS 5 is a product of the German designer lighting manufacturer next. The lights are made at the company’s own production facilities so that all the next lights bear the quality seal “made in Germany”. The Liquid_Light series was designed by the Munich-based design office Hopf & Wortmann. The designer Constantin Wortmann has designed the majority of the next product range and collaborated with the lighting designer Ingo Maurer in the past before working with next.
