Mater Shade Light hanging light, aluminium Ø 60 cm

Suspension lamp Shade Light with atmospheric light effect The pendant lamp Shade Light is designed with a large shade in the shape of a hemisphere open at the bottom. It is made of hand-spun aluminum in a small manufactory in India for the company Mater. The inside of the shade is decorated with a hand-hammered structural pattern; the top has a small hole so that a portion of the light can escape upwards and create a fascinating lighting atmosphere. Shade Light is a creation of the designer duo Space Copenhagen, consisting of Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou. They founded their joint studio in 2005 and work in a variety of fields: Design of lighting and furniture, refined objects to art installations, art direction as well as interior design. Their ambition is to break new ground by combining opposites – classic and modern, light and shadow, sculptural and minimal, industrial and organic – in one object. Energy efficiency class:A++
